All rooms do vary in size and price,

From April  2023

A single room, starts from £105 pw.

A small double room with private shower is £120 per week

A large double room with a private shower and sink is £120 pw single person / two people an extra £20 per week.

E-Suite rooms are £130 Per Week

All the bills, (gas, electric, rates, water, Council Tax, TV licence) & the  internet are included in the rent.

Due to an increase with most of the bills, this has affected the price of the rooms 

Bedding is no longer provided. If you need bedding an Extra fee will be charged for a new quilt, pillows, quilt cover & sheet.

A deposit of £200 is required to reserve a room.

Minimum stay three months.

WE ARE NOT DOING SHORT TERM TENANCY at the moment

Rooms are available for short term tenancy (less than three months)

A single room is 000 Per night.
A single room with private shower is000 Per night.

A single room with private bathroom is £00.00 Per night.

A double room with private shower is £00.00 Per night. (Single person)

Less than 4 weeks, different rates apply. Please enquire. 

If you are renting a room for three months or less, the full amount must be paid in full before you arrive OR on the day you arrive.

We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

If you would like to reserve a room over the internet, we would ask you to pay a £200 deposit.

The safest option is a "bank transfer".

Monday - Saturday 10 am - 8pm

If you can only arrive on Sunday you will need to arrange this in advance.

The rent must be paid in full before you arrive on the Sunday.
